## How Foil Balloons Are Made

1. Large sheets of foil film are cut into the desired shape and size.
2. A thin layer of foil is applied using heat-sealing techniques. Printed designs may be applied at this stage.
3. The foil sheet is folded and sealed to create a closed envelope, open at the top with overlapping edges.
4. Foil balloons include a built-in self-sealing mechanism that automatically seals helium inside after inflation — no hand-tying required.
